  • Each webinar is 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for group Q & A.

Solve 101: Core Concepts
Held live every other Tuesday at 3 pm EST *or* view the video. (upcoming classes: Apr 2, Apr 16, Apr 30, May 14, May 28, June 11, June 25)

This class is for individuals who have never used Solve360. We’ll cover Solve360’s core features and concepts, with an eye toward usability – the goal is to clearly outline when, how and why Solve360 is helpful. You’ll leave with a solid grasp of Solve360 fundamentals and best practices.

Please note that there’s both a live version of Solve 101, and a video version, linked to  below. The content is the same, but the there’s an extensive Q&A session during the live version. Attendees of the live version also get a download link to the video.

Solve 102: Advanced Concepts
Held live every other Thursday at 3pm EST. (upcoming classes: Apr 4, Apr 18, May 2, May 16, May 30, June 13, June 27)

This class is for users who are familiar with Solve360 but interested in using it more effectively. We’ll cover some of Solve360’s advanced features, best practices, and integration possibilities. The goal? Complete Solve360 wizardry.
