Adrian Sanders
Founder and chief value migration architect, Adrian focuses on identifying and mitigating workflow knots. He has used and deployed hundreds of SaaS applications, including CRMs, project management systems, accounting systems and ERPs. He speaks French fluently (and a smattering of Polish and Chinese) and has terrible, terrible handwriting… but he can move a 10k contact database to an online CRM with his eyes closed and one hand tied behind his back.
Christopher Bliss
Chris is our trusted senior project manager and data analyst. He has worked for the USDC as an International Trade Specialist, and as CIO for a nonprofit. He’s fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and has been courted by both the CIA and the NGIA (which he turned down for VM Associates). He’s a talented cook and a Class B certified chainsaw operator with the US National Forest Service. We like him for his attention to details: he likes us because it’s an excuse to fly to London to watch Arsenal games.

Daniel Latzman
Daniel joined our team as a partner in August, 2011, bringing with him more than two years of marketing experience at a boutique investment firm in New York City. Daniel worked as a marketing manager focusing efforts on lead generation, brand building, and workflow operations for the top two clients of the firm. Daniel is a graduate of Wesleyan University, and is passionate about efficiency, good grammar, and NY sports.

Anne Landsberger
Anne, our marketing director, is helping us expand VM’s philosophy to new markets. A graduate of UC Berkeley and the American University of Paris, her studies and research complement our core philosophy that innovative software demands innovative support. Anne has a variety of marketing and branding experience from jobs at the Jonathan Shorr Gallery, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Berkeley Food and Housing Project, a San Francisco nonprofit. We’re excited to have her!
